Gorman Voice Studio

Alexandra maintains an in-home, private voice studio in North Texas where she welcomes aspiring singers of all ages and experience levels. In addition to her Master's Degree in Music majoring in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy, Alexandra has also obtained the credentials necessary to be a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant which has given her a deeper insight into vocal anatomy, physiology, and health. Alexandra also offers private piano lessons for beginners. With a decade of teaching experience of all ages, Alexandra is highly qualified to support you or your child on their musical journey. Her studio environment is warm, welcoming, and supportive.

Voice Lessons

Voice lessons are one-on-one sessions that occur weekly. In these lessons, you will improve vocal technique, diction, acting, musicality and more. Lessons can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour.

Skills Learned:

improve vocal technique in any genre
improve diction in English, Italian, German, French, and Spanish
improve musicality and dynamics
learn about the anatomy and physiology of the voice
learn about vocal health
build a repertoire list of songs
improve acting while singing
prepare for auditions and performances
improve sight reading for All-State Choir

Trial Lessons

Trial Lessons are for new, prospective students who would like to meet and work with Alexandra before enrolling for recurring lessons. Trial lessons are 30 minutes.

Beginner Piano Lessons

Piano lessons are available for all ages at the beginner level. Depending on the student's age, these lessons can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 1 hour.
